Sejak tahun 1976, perusahaan telah memulai aktivitasnya sebagai one man business, melayani proyek struktur baja diIndonesia dengan nama CV. Jaya Raya. Bertumbuh dari tahun ke tahun, perusahaan berganti nama menjadi PT. GERBANG SARANABAJA. Didirikan pada tanggal 18 Februari 1992 dengan tujuan: menjadi mitra pilihan pertama dalam pengiriman pekerjaan struktur baja terintegrasi dan jasa konstruksi.
Kapasitas Fabrikasi Tahunan Kami Lebih dari 15.000 ton struktur baja. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan kami, kami selangkah demi selangkah memperluas area dan fasilitas bengkel kami. Saat ini, kami adalah salah satu yang terdepan di bidang fabrikasi struktur baja dan konstruksi di negara ini.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age maximum: 40 years
- Minimum education is High School (SMA) / Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma III of mechanical engineering
- Can operate AUTOCAD 2D and 3D
- Capable of reading pictures of Pressure Vessels and Piping
- Used to draw details for fabrication
- Used to draw single-part cutting profile
- Knowledgeable of ASME, ANSI, and JIS Standard
- Could adjust to the new work environment fast
- Passionate and diligent
- Have broad communication skill in order to communicate with office partners and coworkers in fabrication and in project / field
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide fabrication detail drawings
- Create single part drawings / cutting profile
- Create accurate and efficient sheet metal nesting / cutting plan
- Create plate pattern of conical shape using AUTOCAD
- Create plate pattern of mitter bend using AUTOCAD
- Create plate pattern of hemispherical shape using AUTOCAD
- Work with rolled, bended, and formed sheet metal
- Provide accurate and efficient pipe spool cutting list
- Create welding and NDE Map for fabricated equipment.
