1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology
2. Maximum 35 years old
3. 1 – 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment & Training
4. Able to speak English
5. Capable of operating computer (Ms Office, Ms Word & Ms Excel
6. Good communication & analytical skill
1. Conduct the full process of Selection & Recruitment : job posting, selection, testing, on boarding/induction.
2. Plan and executing training program including identification of training needs and training evaluation.
